Honoring the long journey. Holding hope and compassion to unlock the light within.

A Dragonfly’s Dream is a peer-led nonprofit sanctuary for those living with long-term or recurring eating disorders—especially for those still healing, still dreaming, still becoming.

We honor each journey through harm reduction and mind-body-spirit care, creating space for connection, community, and hope. We’re building a place where recovery is possible at your pace—and your presence is always enough.

Our work is rooted in four core guiding values—Community, Care, Compassion, and Courage—each woven into how we hold space and walk alongside one another. You’ll find them reflected in everything we offer.

We honor the mind-body-spirit connection through gentle, grounding practices — including yoga, breathwork, reflection, and creative expression. Healing begins with presence, not pressure.

We recognize the quiet bravery it takes to keep showing up — to take one small step at a time, to keep choosing yourself, even in the hardest moments, and to believe that healing is still possible.

We create spaces where no one has to walk the long journey alone — whether through support groups, local events, education, or scholarships. Healing is held in community, not in isolation.

We meet each person where they are — honoring the complexity of recovery with harm reduction, body respect, inclusivity, and deep understanding. Every pace and every path is valid.

Meet the Founder

A Dragonfly's Dream was founded by someone who has lived with an eating disorder for 25 years — and is still a work in progress. This space was born from the gaps in care, the longing for connection, and the belief that healing belongs to all of us and takes many forms. It is for every body, every path, and every pace. It holds infinite possibilities.
